Very good price, cheapest in Torquay by far. About a 10 minute walk from the beach and the town centre/shops (although it's up hill). And 15 minutes from the train station. Bed was very comfy. And came with a (small) fridge. Was a very quiet in the room. TV, although small, did it's job. The host (can't remember his name) was very nice. Pubs and corner shops within a minute walk.

centrally located within walking distance to the beach and the shops. Clean premises. Beds were comfortable and the room was well decorated very home like feel. Most of all clean! including the bathrooms. The host was so lovely very friendly and accommodating making lovely breakfast every morning. excellent value for money!

The owner went above and beyond to make us welcome. The hotel is ran really well and clean from top to bottom. Amazing location and fantastic value for money .

The room was compact, and pleasantly decorated. The bed was a good size, and comfortable, the desk and chair in the window bay was a good idea, as was the tub chair to the side of the bed, with a bedside table and light to the left side of the bed. The en suite bathroom was small but had a good layout with a big mirror, and light over the sink.
