Property clean and nice. Room was very cozy. In a room was everything what you need. Super location, quiet and close to beach and shops, restaurants. Karen as a host is amazing!!! She made a house special with all details around the house. Feels like home. Breakfast delicious. Thank you! Highly recommended

What can I say, there wasn't anything we didn't like. Karen is a lovely lady and couldn't have made our stay more comfortable and relaxing than she did. Perfect!

Karen was a delightful host, so warm and friendly. Bed was super comfortable, breakfast fantastic. Every little thing was considered. The Christmas decorations really set the lounge and dining room off, just perfect.

Can't fault it, Karen the proprietor is Lovely and can't do enough for you . Breakfast is excellent and plenty of it. It's spotlessly clean , the room is so comfortable. It is so good we stayed for an extra night and will definitely be recommending to friends and family and returning in the near future . Thank you Karen for your hospitality and warm welcome.

The host was extremely welcoming with a pot of tea with biscuits and flexible with allowing us to use the car park early. Karen the host helped to organise a taxi for us and was very informative with local places of interest. The breakfast was so delicious and plenty of choice.

Karen couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. The pot of tea and biscuits when we arrived were much appreciated! Lots of lovely touches eg the tuck shop (where the proceeds go to charity). Room was really warm and cosy. Lounge with dartboard and pool table was beautiful and we spent an hour in there before eating our takeaway in the dining room where Karen had laid us a table. Breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely return, highly recommended and excellent value. Safe, free parking too!
