Everything. Location was great, within walking distance to train station, city center, beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Room was clean and very comfortable with all necessary amenities. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room as well. Special thanks to Liliya who was super welcoming and providing great recommendations for places to visit in Torquay.

Joe and Liliya, the hosts are fantastic. So welcoming and kind . They go the extra mile to make your stay perfect . Spotlessly clean accommodation so homely, delicious breakfast and such a fantastic choice and plenty of it .A must...is the coffee ! It was my mothers birthday and they made it so special for her ..even gave her a cake in the morning with a candle in !The sweetest couple .

Absolutely spotless. Breakfast, we had a choice of all different cooked food, all cooked fresh to order, plenty of cereal and fruit juice that you could help yourself. Fresh bread if you wanted to make toast. 5* breakfast. Liliya and Joe, the owners, are lovely and so friendly. Bed was so comfortable, clean linen that smelt do fresh. Our room was fabulous, so clean, tea, coffee milk, sugar all provided, 2 bottles of water as well. The location of the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the sea front. They are plenty of bars nearby. We have booked to return next year.
