I was in Torquay to visit an elderly Uncle, the Heritage was in a perfect location within walking distance to the rail station. The Hotel itself has all the facilities that you would require, even a swimming pool, which unfortunately l didn't have the time to utilise. All in all a great place to stay and relax with excellent staff.

Wonderful, welcoming, professional staff. Room: large, sea view, clean and well presented. Breakfast: superb. Location: sea side and very close to town, promenade, gardens, coastal buses etc

room was great, Breakfast was very good but would have liked a variety of yogarts, The hotel was in a fantastic location for our visit to The Princess Theatre. Could have done with a fridge in the room.

I loved the room which was far bigger than expected but had the bath I had requested! I spent three wonderfully peaceful, comfortable days/nights and came away rested, relaxed and refreshed. Thank you 😀

It was nice and quiet in my room, I slept well. The offering of a free breakfast is brilliant, although I didn't stay for breakfast, I wish I could of! Fantastic menu to pick from for lunches and dinners. A lively bar if you're looking for some evening activity. Lovely seating area with sea views!
