Lovely warm welcome. Delicious breakfast. Perfect quiet location. Julie and Charlie were helpful, informative and friendly throughout our new years stay. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was really brilliant. The hosts very graciously cooked our food early on the Sunday morning. This was after we had hammered on the door, demanding to be fed. After it was explained that the clocks had gone back, and we had stopped laughing, we ate everything put in front of us. We also left the wedding present on the pavement, they saved it and took it to our venue.

The hosts, Charlie and Leigh-anne were amazing. Nothing was a hassle. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, the pork sausages were the best I've tasted. You also got a little homemade treat afterwards. It was quiet and a small walk from the seafront. It was an amazing stay.

Wonderful welcome from very friendly hosts Julie-Anne and Charlie, the amazing choice of breakfast including cooked options imagined by Charlie Good location for walks down to the marina, and parking directly outside. Modern decor, clean and comfortable. Tasty additional treats to tempt us.

Location of this premier bed and breakfast accomodation is superb, a 20 minute healthy walk to the center of Torquay, 10 mins to the beach, train station is near by and a country park too. We had a deluxe room with windows to the rear which gave us the early evening sun into our very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent, it set us up for the day walking sections of the coastal path.

We had a wonderful time with Charlie and Julie - we will definitely be back - the food quality, their friendliness and hospitality was superb. They we genuinely interested in looking after us and their service could not have been better. We will definitely be back with Charlie and Julie again. Such lovely people!
