Room was very clean, shower was nice and hot, it had everything I needed for a brief stay. Very close to where I needed to be, easy parking, lovely and very friendly and welcoming landlady.

Delightful guest house. Host very friendly. Great location for beach and town centre. Bus stop close by as well Room clean and tidy with comfy bed and lovely hot shower. Lovely breakfast room too Wonderful stay

The Room was lovely, very clean and perfect for us as a couple. Great cooked Breakfast. Plenty of choice, cereals, juices and filter coffee. Great Location very close to the Seafront and amenities. The Host Karen was very welcoming and couldn't do enough.

We had a lovely stay at Lawnswood Guest House. Karen was a great host! The room we stayed in and the guest house itself were both immaculately clean, in fact the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Close proximity to the town, seafront and walking distance to train station so location was ideal.
