Fantastic hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large sized, with a comfortable bed and complimentary milk, water, and wine. This exceeded our expectations. In a quiet area but in very close proximity to whatever you're looking for. What a find! Can't rate it enough!

Great location but the biggest surprise were the small touches, lovely toiletries, spare toothbrush etc. The fit out and decoration of the room was good, the bed was super comfortable with delicious bedding and the bathroom was just lovely. The property is under renovation but the owners were charming, excited by the project and were incredibly hospitable. There was a good breakfast selection.

Best Bed and breakfast we've stayed in, great hoists, very clean thought out, comfy bed and a wide range of choice at breakfast, with a 5 minute walk to the harbour everything was perfect 🥰

What a rare gem! This guesthouse is easy to find and well located for the centre of town. Russell and Caroline couldn’t have done anything to make our stay more comfortable. The room is well equipped and there was even a Bluetooth speaker mirror in the bathroom! There was a well-stocked fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks. We attended for an evening event and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The breakfast room is a delightful, sun-filled room and there was everything you could possibly want. We had poached eggs, bacon and avocado and it was amazing. Russell and Caroline are excellent hosts. I’d have no hesitation in returning.

Everything was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful stay. The hosts clearly know how to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bed was extremely comfortable and the food was fantastic

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean, and I felt very welcome there. And the breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend staying there.

Words are not enough to express the amazing experience in Gresham Court. I was expecting an ordinary BnB and instead I found an amazing place with the friendliest and most generous hosts! The room was fantastic and spacious, walking distance from town center & grocery store. The bus stop was right next to Gresham Court, the breakfast was OMG! Plus, we had free coffee, tea, crisps, cookies throughout our stay! Who does this?! The hotel amenities were well above average, since there were things like sleeping masks and earplugs (although the neighbourhood is not noisy). Caroline & Russell are the sweetest hosts I've ever met! Ari, as well (if you know, you know ;) ) .
