One word everything. We were welcomed by the hosts Steve and Joseph by a tea and coffee oh and biscuits. Then shown the room and all facility's which were plenty including an honesty bar. The robes and slippers were just a lovely unexpected bit of luxury. The breakfasts were fantastic and there was nothing too much for them to help with. I could compare it to staying with your favourite nan and I mean that with all honesty it was one of the best b and b's / hotel I've been too. We will definitely be back, thanks guys.

Brilliant. Great hosts. Great welcome. Very nice clean room, lovely touches which go a long way. An amazing breakfast, and Steve and Joe kindly put together a day bag with some snacks and a drink as they knew I had an exam the next day. Just a first class stay at a great price, will be coming back again with my wife

Extremely friendly and familiar staff/owners, very nice, clean and good size room with a lot of positive extras and a comfortably bed, locally sourced very fresh and tasty breakfast. Even got a ”take-away-bag” with water, cake and an apple as ”travel-snack”. If ever in Torquay again I will be back! A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Joseph and Steve were amazing hosts. They were very welcoming. They even messaged me to say my room was ready if I wanted to check in early. Was impressed with all the little touches, a tray of snacks in the room, as well as milk and bottled water in the fridge and a slice of homemade cake. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. Joseph and Steve even provided us a bag with snacks and a drink for the journey home. Will definitely be returning in the summer
