Very enjoyable stay. Elaine and Ellen very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast choice cooked to order. Free parking. Added bonus bus stop outside Property with bus service every 12 minutes.

Breakfast was exceptional , rooms were clean and comfortable, could not ask for more. Bus stops and train station are within easy reach so no need to use your car unless you want to.

Ellen was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Just a couple of problems were noisy pipes in the morning and busy road as we were in the front of house.

Ellen and family were warm, welcoming and friendly! They went above and beyond for ensure our stay was exceptional, from the comfort of our room to the wonderful breakfast provided. Greeted my partner and I on arrival, and checked in with us throughout our stay and always showed kindness. Definitely recommend for a quaint stay away!

Friendly welcome. Shown around the property, room facilities explained. Comfortable and homely. Good location for getting to main shopping/ harbour (10 minutes by no 12 bus)- stops outside property. Free parking available. Super breakfast included in the price paid.

Very handy location to walk (or bus) into central Torquay. Parking. Good size room that was spotlessly keen. A large cooked breakfast. Best of all were the lovely owners who were thoughtful and accommodating.
