A warm and friendly welcome from Pete. room was airy, spacious and was well laid out and plenty of tea and milk. Helpful on local knowledge. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises

Lovely warm welcome on arrival, good advice on where to go for dinner, quiet area, well within walking distance to Babbacombe, parking on driveway or on road, comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, everything spotlessly clean, tasty breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be pleased to stay again.
