For same-day bookings, please contact the property at the time of booking.Ashleigh House is set over three floors and, as there is no lift, is unfortunately unsuitable for people with mobility issues.Please inform the property prior to arrival if you wish to bring a pet. There is a surcharge of GBP 10 for one pet. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room whilst guests go out.There is sufficient on street parking outside the property where a permit is required. The property provides a permit to all guests.Breakfast is served from 8.00.Late-out is available by prior arrangement and subject to availability. If confirmed by the property, there will be a fee of GBP 20 per hour after 12:00 (midday).Please note that the rate for the deluxe family room is for 2 adults only. Children are charged as a supplement at GBP 15 per child per night.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Steve and Jan are exceptional hosts, we only stayed one night but were made to feel very welcome. Building is lovely and our room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was superb!

Property was very clean , couldn’t fault it .. perfect location and parking was easy and you get given a parking permit The owners where very helpful , nothing was too much trouble !! The breakfast was perfect .. a little gem in Torquay 😃

I highly recommend. This wonderful family home is truly exceptional. Very clean, wonderful owners, delicious, fresh breakfasts. Close to the center. Beautiful views in the area. We highly recommend!!!!

Jan and Steve were lovely. They made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The rooms were to a high standard and very comfortable for a family of four. Breakfast was excellent, every morning.

We were equidistant from sea and town. Parking easy. Lovely welcome from Jan and Steve who own and run the hotel. Breakfast was just wonderful. Ample hot coffee and toast and ceriaps and cooked breakfast. Just perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We loved everything. Jan and Steve are such lovely people who met us outside the house, helped wirh rhe bags and chatted away with us. The house is amazingly beautiful, very clean and extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Rhe breakfast was huge and they even had Vegemite for us Australians. Loved every minute of our stay.

Host were delightful, from the moment we arrived until we left….we wanted to get on the road so Steve kindly made us bacon sandwiches to go, they were delicious…we will definitely be back
