Lovely staff were great from arrival to departure, the room was large with fairly modern fittings, and it was very clean. Not too hot or cold, and the heated towel rack turned on when we arrived was a nice little touch! It’s easily walkable to Torpoint (about 20 minutes) and views from the room over the bay are beautiful

A wonderful place, lovely staff and an amazing room and bathroom. So much more luxurious than other places, exceptional value. What a beautiful corner of the world too. Really fantastic.

Beautiful old pub with a stunning setting. Very friendly staff, great food and company. Staff took time to help choose a rum, which I have no knowledge or experience of. Thoroughly enjoyable overnight stay, felt like we’d had more than just the one night away!

Very friendly staff, a comfortable, recently refurbished room, good, hearty, unpretentious cuisine. Good breakfast but the worst cup of coffee I've ever tasted.

The location was exceptional. We have visited the pub frequently over the years but had never stayed there. We would certainly choose to stay here again. Waking up to the Swans and Geese drifting in on the early morning tide was fantastic. The room was spacious, warm, and a lovely great sized bed to lie in and look out at nature, and all the staff couldn't have been more welcoming or friendly. A thoroughly lovely stay.
