Great location. Right across from the Eaton Centre. Comfy bed. Nice and clean unit. Have stayed here before and I will return in the future.

The suit actually seemed much more spacious and bigger than on pictures. Location is great: within 10-15 min walk to the Union train and bus stations, to malls and groceries, pubs and restaurants and sightseeings like old and new city hall buildings. I also liked 2 bathrooms, full kitchen / household appliances and friendly and helpful stuff. Easy and fast check-in/check-out process.

Everything is great. The location, width of the room, equipment, in-room amenities, cleanness, and every staff is wonderful. The first night, I was in small trouble with my room. They treated it very quickly and I felt so relieved. All of them are reliable, especially Suresh and his wife and son, and Elizabeth were fantastic. I am really grateful for them. Thanks to them, I had a perfect vacation there. I would love to come back again soon. Highly recommended.

Location is excellent with the subway in the door and a circle k next to the hotel. Staff is the best. Very nice and helpful, I arrived late and they accommodated to be there for the late check in.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, tidy and neat. The two bathrooms (including the en-suite one) came as a very pleasant surprise! The location in downtown is perfect, with the subway literally outside the apartment building. The staff are super friendly with very prompt response to any requests. Very impressed!

It was one of the most comfortable stays of my life. The rooms were big enough and comfortable for me and my family. We were travelling with a child, thus, it was extremely important to have a clean apartment with kitchen close to all the important spots. The kitchen was full with all the important appliances and tools. The location was incredible, just across the Eaton Centre and close to shops, restaurants and theatres (we had a chance to see two shows). The staff was awesome! Always happy to help, answer our questions with a big smile and postivie vibes (all of them), which we appreciated greatly. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great stay and a positive experience.

Loved the location, Suite was very clean and comfortable with lots of space for four guests so I would say excellent value for money. We are already making plans to come back for a weekend in the city stay. Parking available but a bit pricey.

The property was clean, spacious, modern and secure. An Eaton Centre entrance was across the street so we were able to shop and explore with ease. There was a little convenience store downstairs for purchasing small incidentals.
