The host is communicative and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a large bed, a mini fridge, a TV with multiple streaming platforms, a charging station and closet. The private bathroom across the room was pretty small with a fixed shower but I managed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to shops nearby, and a 10 minute walk to the bus stop to get to the metro station to take you to downtown Toronto. It takes about an hour by public transport to get to downtown, faster by car, but it is cheaper than staying in the city centre, worth the money in my opinion. The rooms are in the basement so can hear some noise upstairs and harder to control temperature but there is a window and I was not too bothered by it. The shared space is clean with useful kitchen facilities, and laundry machines. The secure key coded doors were easy to use and no key or card needed.

Very clean and comfortable!! Perfect and beautiful appointment!!! Grand kitchen with all that needs, parking., supermarket and stores near. All this for very good price. Owner very nice. Thank you for good hospitality!

Excellent facilities for an overnight stay while in Toronto. It seems like a pleasant neighbourhood in the suburbs. Instructions for accessing our room were very clearly communicated and easy to follow. Very secure.
