The staff was very nice. The position is good, not too far from the key points in the city center and a metro station, and there is a big supermarket, some nice bars and a park nearby. Very good price for downtown Toronto.

Reasonably priced accommodation a short taxi ride (about CAD$20) from Union Station. 15min walk to St Andrews Market, 20mins walk to CN Tower... Warm reception, rooms very basic, but functional for a short stay. Essentially 'student' accommodation, but used as a hotel during off season. 24hr convenience store almost next door, short walk to Eaton Mall shops & eateries (10min walk) Basic kitchen and small laundry available on each floor. Baggage storage available ..

Staff were friendly, price was good, location was within walking distance of everything (or transit to get to further places). I appreciated luggage storage before check-in, 24hr staff, lounge space, quiet cool room.

The price was reasonable and street cars nearby. Location made it possible to reach centre of city within 10 to 30 minutes, depending on street car tming. 10 to 15 min walk to subway. Convenience/grocery store and Tim Hortons next door. Shared common room with kitchenette on each floor. Air conditioning very welcome in very hot weather. Room was clean.

The rooms are old fashioned in style but spacious and clean. The aircon worked. The location is convenient.

Excellent location, very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast provided but the staff were able to tell me where to find a good cafe for breakfast. They were also very helpful in advising me on where to buy converter plugs for my mobile phone. This is good quality university accommodation and excellent value for money.

Staff are very kind and helped me out a lot especially when I struggled with using its facilities and I needed to extend my stay due to my flight trouble. Also, the room was clean and the location of the building is perfect (it is very close to a convenience store and we can easily walk to Dundas Station)!

The location is very accessible. We arrived by train and even walked from Union to the hotel and it was easy. You can also walk from this hotel to the major areas you'd like to visit within the city. There's a 24 hour convenience/market within 2mins walk so that's pretty convenient.
