After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. There are stairs leading up to the front entrance and there is no elevator. You may hear construction noise from renovations nearby. A white noise machine and earplugs are available upon request. The Small Double Room is a basement level unit. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Excellent location, right across the road from Wellesley station and short walk to Bloor-Yonge. Easy access with code or electronic key- no physical key needed! Excellent amenities with more towels etc available if needed

The location of the Sonder was useful and walkable to lots of the good bars and rtestaurants in Toronto but there are quite a few homeless people in the area - just something to be aware of.

The location is really great. Subway only 1 minute walk and the "times square" of Toronto only a 10 minute walk. Compared to other hotel prices in Toronto this is a good budget option. The room comes with a lot of towels and cleaning and shower products. I was a solo traveller and it was perfect. For a couple it can be a bit small. Online customer support was really helpful and answered within minutes
