After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There's no kitchen, laundry facility, or cable. We've provided a Roku for streaming.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

It’s was in a perfect location and incredibly clean. Perfect for an introvert as there isn’t a lot of human contact but if there are any questions staff are quick to answer them.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, modern rooms, comfortable bed, and very friendly staff. They tried to help us with our issue with the heating but we didn’t manage.

I always find the quality of Sonder properties to be excellent. This was a comfortable, tastefully decorated room in a convenient location in the heart of Toronto, for a great price. Accessing the building with my code was easy, and the luggage storage was secure and easy too.

Fantastic location and super friendly and helpful staff. We were in 303 and there was a wee fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bath was super deep and the shower fabulous. A 15 min walk to the CN Tower and right in the heart of the entertainment district. Luggage storage on floor 2 was accessible up to 10pm after check out which was brilliant.
