Very clean and really impressed with the location. Having the subway station accessible on site made it very easy (and safe) to get downtown.

Staff at hotel are very friendly! The beds are really soft and the room is a bit outdated. However, it was clean. The gym was also very nice!

Very central for North York. Close to shops, restaurants and underground. Room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were very welcoming and looked after us. Reception staff were generally good but check in for my friend wasn't great with a lack of insight into the fact we had been travelling for 20 hours. A bit of understanding would have been nice.

clean. hotel is directly connected to subway station that can take you to most of Toronto spits within an hour. good variety of eateries nearby. staff is friendly and helpful.

Good location being extremely close to subway, but a bit of a travel to reach downtown and other sites we were interested in. We didn't partake of the restaurant this time as we found the prices to be very high, though we had enjoyed it on a previous visit. We usually tend to stay here when in Toronto.
