Great apt with excellent facilities. The bonus was how close to the tram stop 504 on king st west to downtown. Also excellent supermarket within 100 yds. Also close to shoreline to walk.

We liked how close it was to the supermarket and how secure it was with three locks. Also that all of the appliances were easy to use and easy to find.

There were some issues with the keys and the parking, but the owner managed this without any issues. Definitly will recommend this place.
