Lovely staff! Super friendly and helpful. The concierge desk helped me book bus tickets to see Niagara Falls as I only had one day to make it happen! The rooms are spacious and clean, big comfortable beds too. Would stay again for sure.

Great location for downtown Toronto Cn Tower, Roger’s arena,and railway station all within walking distance. Hotel was very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for and more 😂

Very disappointed that you no longer offer the complimentary breakfast. This was a big part of why we always chose your hotel over others in the downtown core. Honestly at 600$ a night you could certainly offer this….seems a bit cheap.
