Location was perfect.Hotel was nice but our room was dirty on the windows with greasy prints and handprints up against the glass! (Who knows what was going on there 😫🤔) Those are the high spots that people are going to notice.

Location of the Hilton was perfect, close to all theaters, shoping and restaurant. the kids and adults all loved the pool that was heated to 23 degrees was the best and so relaxing

Great location, lovely new hotel. I enjoyed using the gym, which was small but well-equipped, and found the room extremely comfortable and modern.

Hotel was wonderful and the location was supreme, right in the city center. The staff was friendly upon check-in and throughout the stay. The housekeeping and room service were spot on and the breakfast delivered by room service was delicious. Would return here.

Wonderful service and atmosphere at the entrance and lobby. Staff definitely make you feel special. The location was great, we could walk everywhere we were going, ie: Massey Hall, Eaton Centre, Hair Salon and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We got issue with the room and right away they give us another room bigger for free simply to make us happy and we were! Very comfortable, luxurious and clean
