The location was near perfect, keeping in mind that this hotel is modern and you need to compare this to the hotels in the Old City of Toledo. Our room was really spacious and the balcony astonishingly LARGE! The breakfast buffet was near to excellent. The parking in the basement was very convenient. These staff at reception were great and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel without any doubt. Thank you for the 100% cotton bath sheets, instead of these “ small” towels. This made both of us very happy.

Great location if traveling by car. Has parking and avoids going into city center which would be a nightmare in a car. Nice walk up to the centre.

The receptionist was friendly and nice. The lady at the breakfast room was adorable and looking after everyone. The room was big and spacious, very clean and smelling nice. Huge smart TV.

The property was in a great location, very close to the old town. The reception staff were very helpful and most of them could speak English. The rooms were lovely and clan.

Room very spacious, clean and comfortable with a very large balcony at a particularly fair price. Restaurant very good indeed with excellent staff. Very good choice at breakfast, although it was a little chaotic because our stay coincided with a major party booking which again the staff dealt with particularly capably. Location very useful for both vehicle access back to the road network and pedestrian access - a five minute walk - to the six escalators which lead to Zocodover Plaza in the centre of the city.
