We loved the staff in reception, they were very helpful, we asked them about a museum and they gave me a lot of useful information. Really nice people.

The reception manager (Diana?) was the perfect example of an efficient, warm, informative and professional person we would find in any 5 star luxury hotel we have stayed in. Breakfast was so fresh and had everything you’d want.

The Abad was friendly, comfortable and welcoming. Its location is perfect for exploring Toledo on foot. The breakfast was excellent- lots of choice and beautifully presented.

The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Love that the toiletries provided were vegan, as well!

The location is perfect, the breakfast is delicious and not even expensive, the staff were both lovely Diana and the gentleman in the evening!! We will be back for sure! The room had views and we got an early check in!

nice people, they gave us good indications regarding the city's attractions and places to eat; room with personality, very clean and very nice view , right next to the old city but reachable by car, with an easy parking solution( special price in a close by, covered parking area) . We didn't have breakfast but could see it was very rich and tempting.

Friendly staff. They helped us find a great place for dinner that was close. Rooms are small but comfortable and fun historic look. Parking is about 8 min walk. Reserved upon request.

We had a small room in the second floor, it was ok since we were there for one night. The location is very central, and the access to the parking convenient. A value for money choice.
