Really well located with easy access off the train network, seconds away from endless food shops, 7 eleven, Foodmart, Chemists, Candied Fruit Skewers etc. Felt really safe we even allowed our young kids 10 and 12 yrs to walk down to the store under our apartment. Had everything you would need for cooking, great free wifi with Netflix available. Our view from bedroom was out to the street which we enjoyed people watching at night. Such great value for a family of 7 people. Our host was excellent with very clear instructions. Really appreciated the washer dryer in the apartment too.

The place is big, and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. The facilities are top notch. And this is right in Shinjuku.

Apartment has everything you need and extensive manuals for all of the appliances were very handy. Loved the (big) terrace and it is only a few minutes walk to the station. Lots of ( mainly Korean) restaurants in the area.

It was a great property to stay in for the 8 of us (2x families with kids). It was nice, clean and spacious for the Tokyo/Shinjuku area. it was only a 5min walk from the Shin-Okubo station on the JR line and Naomi's directions (with photos) was amazing. Also only a short 10-15min walk to Shinjuku through Kabukicho along one road (behind the cinemas with the Godzilla head) which was super convenient, many a night we stopped at Shinjuku and just shopped our way back :). The Donki at the end of the street is dangerous in that its so close and you spend way too much money in there lol. i read a lot of the reviews about cleanliness and was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised at how clean it actually was. Granted it wasn't brand new or newly renovated (which i think is some peoples expectations?) but it was above average for an apartment in Tokyo and we definitely found it very clean, tidy and had all the necessities. Definitely recommended for families. For breakfast i highly recommend takeaway from a little shop just down the main street (away from the station) where they sell freshly cooked bento boxes at around Y200-Y400.
