We did enjoy the location, close to station and close enough to the Keisei skyliner. The staff were immensely helpful, we needed something delivered within Japan and they did everything except write on the delivery slip (we did pay, but was nice nonetheless).

Clean room and friendly staff. Rooms were small and hard to find room for our luggage but it was just for one night and hardly there so it was OK

Bathroom is big. Price is cheaper than most hotels. Staff are kind. There's free water in the lobby.

the price and location were nice. It was less than ten minutes to walk to the station. The size of the room was very small, but that is to be expected. One thing I like about other hotels is that stepping out of the room does not mean stepping outside. That was not the case here. It is more apartment style in that way than other hotels where you are still in a hallway outside of the room. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The only thing was that the hotel was near the Bus drop-off (about 3-5 minutes walk) from Gotemba Premium Outlet.

We were on a 36 hour stopover and wanted to see Ueno. This is an excellent budget hotel for a short stay. Very close to the station and Yamanote line to connect with airport monorail. Very easy walk to both Asakusa and Ueno Park. A Lawson is on the diagonal corner to the hotel

Nice, albeit modest, breakfast. Easy to check in and out. Hotel staff were helpful to store luggage, etc. typical Tokyo hotel.
