The room was slightly bigger than other hotels, just few square meters but enough for a more comfortable space.

Room was clean and bed was good. Guys from reception were helpful and did their best to help. At the end they changed our room to another one (there was some ventilation noise).

The hotel offers a lot of free amenities for women, eg: face masks, skin care sets, bath salts, etc. my room was very compact but did have a balcony. The location was pretty good - walking distance to JR Okachimachi station, but also close to a few metro stations, as well as the Ueno park/museum area and the Akihabara area.

Very nice and comfy hotel ! People are very nice and the café on the 1st floor is really good (there is also discount if you are a customer of the hotel !)
