The fine print
The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.Please note the property will undergo a scheduled power outage due to facility inspections and all electric facilities including WiFi, air conditioning, phones, and lifts will be out of service on the following dates/times: Tuesday, 13 June 2023, 11:00-13:30.Thank you very much for using Tokyu Stay Yotsuya.We will be carrying out renovation work on the lobby and courtyard as shown below.

location 10 minutes walking distance from nearest mrt. washing and driver in room convenient store just beside hotel, and also pharmacy and supermarket Hotel able to receive luggage from other hotel. Luggage was already in the room when we arrive.

The hotel is located a short walk from Yotsuya station, which itself is one stop from Ochanomizu on JR rapid, and 4 stops to Shinjuku Sta. on the Marunouchi Line. It's very close to a lot of places one might like to visit while staying in Tokyo, so scores highly for convenience in my books. I stayed in the hotel twice during my trip, first from Dec 20-25, and then again from Jan 1-3. The second room was slightly larger than the first, and had a fantastic view, able to see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Both rooms had a comfortable, good size double bed, good bathroom with toilet, shower/bath, and a washer/dryer as well as a fridge. A small couch was also present in both, with a table in the second. Pajamas and fresh towels were provided daily. Housekeeping for the room itself, bedding, etc., is not provided for stays less than 6 days. Check-in is from 3pm, check-out at 11am. Early check-in and late check-outs are also available for a fee.

Property was good. But I booked room for 6 day 5 night. Only towels changed daily. No room cleaning, no bed sheet changed.

This was a really good hotel, our stay was exceptional. Firstly the location was ideal, the hotel is 5 min walk away from yotsuya station and can reach most places in the city within a few stops. Shinjuku is 5 min away 1 stop on the rapid line. It's easy to find this hotel as it's bang on the main road and every cab driver knew to get us here when we said tokyu stay yotsuya. There is a supermarket, family mart, ATM and pharmacy right next to the hotel in less than 100metres. The room looks exactly like the pictures, compared to all the hotels and Airbnb I checked for Tokyo city centre (they were all tiny) this was decent and good value for money. We ended up extending our stay and stayed a total of 9 nights, it was comfortable we were two women with two big and two small suitcases and we managed. The room has everything you could need, a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, hot plate stove, mugs, cutlery, bowls, plates and saucepan too. They have limited housekeeping which means they will only empty trashcans and replace towels and bathrobes if you place the housekeeping magnet outside your door before 11am. I found this to be good because we weren't disturbed at all they really respect privacy. If you stay longer than 7 nights they do a full housekeeping once during your stay and it was a neat job. The washroom has a good bidet and shower along with bathtub. Complimentary toiletries were good stuff. The reception staff knew english which was helpful and they were polite and friendly. There is a lobby area that has complimentary coffee machine you can use whenever you want. There was construction going on during our stay but we really didn't hear any noise and it was done in a neat manner. I highly recommend tokyu stay yotsuya as it exceeded my expectations in terms of location, amenities, service and experience. Didn't take the breakfast option so don't know about that.
