Clean, well-arranged furniture and easily accessible. We booked this place during the black friday deal so it was real good bargain. We used the washing machine a few times. Although the surrounding area is quiet, the Sengakuji Station is only 2-3 mins walk, where you can catch the Asakusa Line train. It is also within the direct train line to Haneda Airport.

The location was good and very close to the metro station. The room has a washing machine which is very convenient.

Absolutely loved the spacious room and the facilities that were in the room! Having a microwave, washing/dryer machine, kettle etc was just perfect through our stay.

Super close to Sengakuji Station and walking distance to Takanawa Station, so can easily connect with all the tourist attractions in Tokyo.

The room size was good, had enough room to move around with luggage around and open. Was located right next to a subway and JR train line about a 7 min walk away.

As we were there for 2 weeks, we wanted to have one of our rooms to have a kitchenette to be able to prepare some meals. An IH cooker x1 and a microwave did the job. We did bring our own pots and pans with us. The location is excellent from and to the airports and JR stations. The Japanese washer dryer is excellent! ( and the detergent provided by the hotel)

Location is good just few steps from station. Wash machine and drying machine is super convenient. Even though space is not big, but it’s enough to open two luggage.

The fact that the room include a wash and dryer machine is awesome. You don't have to pay for it too, like our previous hotels. They provided detergents and how much to use. The room also comes with a microwave. The staff was very helpful and informative.
