Please note that no housekeeping is offered for stays less than 6 nights. The property will change towels and rubbish bin.
In addition to that, housekeeping is offered once a week only for stays more than 7 nights.For guests staying 6 nights or less, simplified cleaning will be provided upon request. If you would like this, please apply "request cleaning" card in front of your room door. (Simplified cleaning includes collecting Face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash) For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be provided (collect towels. nightwear and trash, bed-making, clean inside the room, restock the room amenities). Loved the location, 2 blocks from the main strip of Shinjuku. Quiet and yet very convenient Very spacious room by Japanese standards. Washing machine and dryer in the room was amazing

Everything was amazing. Location is just perfect, Shinjuku is the heart of Tokyo and Shinjuku Eastside is the perfect place, being both the center of life of the city and calm at the same time. Staff was amazing. We left our AirPods behind and they stored it safely for almost two weeks! Breakfast is the perfect balance between an international and japanese breakfast. The room is small as expected in Japan but still very comfortable. We would stay here again for sure if we return to Japan!

The rooms were compact but had every amenity you could wish for, including a washing machine, hob, sink and fridge freezer. Staff were very friendly. Location was perfect, around a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

We liked the room sizes as bigger than normal especially when traveling with a family in winter with lots of luggage . the rooms are Very clean and comfy. staff so nice and helpful.
