In addition to the above simple cleaning, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week.
Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and garbage collection.

This was my third stay at Tokyu Stay Shimbashi: the position is optimal, rooms are nice and clean and having a washing machine definitely is a plus as I need to pack less. Will probably be staying here again in the future!

We did not had breakfast included in the hotel. The area Shimbashi is vibrant and cool, but has got much more "touristy" over the last years. The location of the hotel is good.

The automatic washer and dryer is a lifesaver! We also liked the timer-based tap for the bath tub so there was no need to check the tub if it's already full.

It does what is says on the box. Close to the subway, clean, professional. Konbinis and a market close by. A by-the-numbers hotel in Tokyo.

Great place to stay for a short trip in Tokyo! Would recommend since this is such a good location. The only downside was the pillows provided. It was super flat but other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

Has microwave and washer in room and close to stations which is very handy and convenient. Good staff aid and services when required and even free coffee machine and facilities in lounge.
