Please check the property name and address before arrival.The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge.For guests staying 6 nights or less, rooms will be cleaned daily (bed-making and floor cleaning services are not available).For guests staying 7 nights or more, rooms will be cleaned once a week only (bed-making and floor cleaning services included).Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.

Great location, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 10 min walk to shibuya crossing and city centre shopping. Clean room with washer/dryer and very helpful staff

Typical tiny Tokyo room, the location is fabulous though 2 blocks from Shibuya Station and Scramble yet very quiet with lots of restaurants around it

Hotel across the railway and you can hear the train from the 5th floor for ex. More quiet on the 9th floor, same side

Convenient to Shibuya station and crossing, 5-8 minute walk. Heaps of food places nearby and a really nice cafe at the end of the block. The shower was great.

Close to train station, family mart and 7/11. Easy to get to everything. Free umbrella rental and amenities. Good advice on trains from staff. Washer/dryer in room.

The toiletries in the bathroom were of high quality.The hairdryer was amazing. It was nice to have free coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There was a microwave in the room, which meant we could get food from the nearby FamilyMart if we didn’t want to eat out. Crockery was also provided and there was a kettle.We liked that you could safely walk around the area, there are restaurants and shops. There is a train station nearby.The staff kindly stored our baggage on arrival so we could explore and even moved our bags to our room for us.
