[Construction hours] 9:30AM - 5:00PM (tentative)
*Closed on Sundays, national holidays, and August 10 to 15 for Obon holidays.
*Work will be conducted with particularly loud noise and odor during 11:00AM-3:00PM on weekdays.
[Construction Details] Exterior wall repair work, painting, balcony waterproofing, and cleaning work. Assembly and dismantling of exterior scaffolding.*Please keep curtains and windows closed during construction as workers will be passing outside your windows.
*The entire building will be covered with a mesh sheet, so you will not be able to see the view from your room.■Renovation work

[About room cleaning]・Consecutive staying
"Simple cleaning" is a request system.
Please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door if the simple cleaning is required.
Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.
・For stays of 7 nights or more
In addition to the above simple cleaning, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week.
Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.
*Additional room cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Please contact the front desk for details.Please note that the hotel will undergo lobby maintenance on the following dates: September 1 - mid November. During this period, guests will not be able to use the lobby.

The location was just a 2mins walk to the train station! Room was small but enough space for a table to have your meals and drinks. GREAT that a washing machine was in the room for your usage!

Very clean and large bed for japanese standards. Also, we had to leave 1 day earlier and the hotel agreed to return the costs for the last night, even though the booking was non refundable. It was very kind from their side.

Very kind staff, large room for Tokyo standards. The washer-dryer machine in the room was fantastic! Clean, great wifi, comfortable bed, and the aircon/heater worked perfectly. The location of the hotel was also great. Even though heavy construction was going on during my stay, I didn't experience any building noises inside my room. The building crew was also exceptionally kind and made sure the lobby was safe when passing through.

I really liked having the table where I could drink my tea and had I been staying longer I would definitely have used the fridge, freezer and washing machine. The bathroom was much larger than other hotel bathrooms in Japan which was very welcome.

Great location in Ikuko five minute walk from the nearest station exit (C1). my room was very spacious for Japanese standards and having a washer/dryer was so useful. The place was very clean and well-maintained. Reception staff were also very helpful and spoken English very well

Staff were really nice in checking us in and holding our luggage after checkout! The room was comfortable, and the bathtub was spacious, fitting two people nicely. Fantastic location, near trains, markets and good food, but set back enough to be peaceful to sleep in.
