The fine print
Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine.As of July 1st, 2023, cleaning parameters will be in effect as follows.
For consecutive stay - guests can request for 'basic cleaning' by placing a card on the door. 'Basic cleaning' will include emptying waste, changing face and bath towels, bathmat, and night ware.
For more than a 7 night stay - Cleaning the room once a week which includes bed making, towel and night ware change, toiletry replacement, cleaning and emptying waste. Any additional cleaning requests will be subject to a surcharge.

Great location in the heart of Ginza! Room size was modern and bigger than the average in japan and quite comfortable. Good shower and bath . Plus 24 hour reception. Taxis always outside.

Good location in Ginza and very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond. I really appreciated their help. The shower had great pressure and was good with hot water. There was a washer but we didn't use that.

Very good location with easy access to Metro, food and shopping. As at 16 Jan 2025, the A2 Higashi Ginza Exit was closed and we had to walk a little more from the A3 exit near Kabukiza (which had a lift for a family member walking with a crutch) to get to the hotel. Room was smaller than expected for a 25sqm twin room size compared to a previous stay in another hotel in Ginza. Furnishing is dated with carpet stains but generally clean. Bed is comfortable. Would stay here again if there was a good rate, otherwise would go back to regular hotel in Ginza.

Excellent location to train. We booked the superior double room, so room was a good size, even bathroom felt very roomy in comparison to other Tokyo hotels. Washing machine/ dryer in our room to use at no extra cost.
