Featuring stylish rooms with a kitchenette and city views, Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier is a 2-minute walk from Gaienmae Subway Station. Guest can use the free Wi-Fi at the entire property and enjoy stores/restaurants located at the building's first 2 floors.

For stays of 6 nights or less, simple cleaning (towel change and garbage collestion only) is availbale upon request. For stays of 7 nights or more, in addition to simple cleaning, the room is fully cleaned once a week (including bed making and floor cleaning service). Additional room cleaning is avaiable upon request with an additional cost.
Toiletries: Guests can choose their own from a selection of toiletries offered on the 13th floor lobby. Only toothbrushes are provided in the guestroom.

The view was unbeatable- that skyline from level 25, stunning. The beds and room were adequate and comfortable enough with room on the sofa for luggage. Kitchenette was very handy. We liked the location very much.

If you are looking for no frills, good value for money option, this is the place to go. It has everything you need and not more. There is no staff anywhere to be seen but I guess you can call them if you need something. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel was very efficient if don't look for luxury.

It was close to Shinjuku. The room was modern and comfortable, big lounge, MASSIVE panoramic window with fabulous views of Tokyo.. Basically cleaning comfortable.

Nice room service and there are very polite staff’s team, makes my tour very comfortable and happy. The location of hotel is very convenient to travel to any place of Tokyo. Very near metro station, easy to travel The room is very clean, comfort, a good view to have a sightseeing of Aoyama. Room is very big. It is a very good choice for a long time tour trip staying.

The room was comfortable and had a beautiful city view. I liked that you could open the vent to get fresh air rather than relying on aircon. Having a laundry machine was also very handy.
