The hotel is very close to Ueno Station, that makes it an excellent choice to visit Tokyo or to get to an easy location from where you can reach Haneda airport in 30/45 minutes. Small room with traditional tatami and futon and with a gorgeous bathroom.

Close to ueno station, affordable. I stayed here last year in a bigger room but with shared bath room, now I had my bathroom en suite which was much nicer.

Location is convenient from Ueno station and easy to access and locate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Travel with heavy luggage, the staff taught me a way to the station without climbing staircase. Like the location as it is near to Ueno Park, Ameyoko shopping area and easily access to Narita Airport.

Very convenient location. Helpful staff. There is 12 min walk to the Shinkasen with a few rather confusing up and downstairs detours. With luggage, it would be difficult to walk, the staff show me a helpful map giving a flat walk route.

Great Location. Short walking distance from Ueno JR Station, metro. Close by hotel have convenient store and supermarket. Short walking distance to Ueno shopping, restaurants areas. Service from hotel is fine. Nice to have elevator for people with luggage.

Location and good experience of Japanese rooms . Amenities and facilities in the room were good. Daily housekeeping very good.
