We only stayed one night but the staff were friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Not much attraction wise in the area but it felt like a safe area. Well appointed rooms for differing circumstances. Overall I would recommend staying in this hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Although we only stayed for one night at the end of our 10 day trip it definitely left a lasting impression. The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. There was also a vending machine and microwave on our floor which was very convenient. Great hotel to stay at if you’re visiting Disneyland The staff are amazing! They assisted us with the arrival of our luggage. I’d also like to express my gratitude to R. Amgai at the front desk. Our airport transfer didn’t arrive which caused us a lot of stress and R. Amgai was so kind, he helped us communicate with the transfer company and ordered a taxi for us when they didn’t arrive. You were our saving grace and a huge asset to the hotel. I will definitely return

This is the third stay at this hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel design, ambiance and facilities are great. The hotel restaurant breakfast is one of the best I have experienced during all my stays in Japan. They offer very large selection of western as well as Japanese dishes. The hotel is next to JR Shiomi station (Roughly 3 stops to Tokyo station & a great option if you are visiting Disneyland).
