Breakfast is free for preschool children aged 6 and under.Hotel does not guarantee entry to Disney parks.Children aged 3 and under are not allowed in the spa.The spa is only available to those aged 4 and over. Children aged elementary school and above must bathe separately for boys and girls. Children aged 4 to elementary school must be accompanied by an adult of the same sex (junior high school student or older).Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Nothing to dislike, everything was great from check in till check out process. Disneyland and DisneySea Is just around the corner, walking Is possible from the hotel.

Beautiful clean rooms, location easy walk to disneyland, accommodated our family! Shops including bakery, convenience store and Dianey store inside the hotel was fantastic for our long days .

Breakfast was yummy! Lots of variety of „western” and „Asian” breakfast cuisine. We’ve had the view from the hotel to the Disneyland (very limited but still!) The big pros of this hotel is FREE TRANSPORT to Disneyland! Very worth it! It’s also a perfect hotel if you then need to take a shuttle to the airport (Limousine bus has a bus stop at the hotel)

We loved everything about it. Our family of 5 had the best time at both parks and we were grateful to have a clean, comfortable and conveniently located place to come back to. We were lucky to catch the nightly fireworks each night from our window too! The rooms were spotless every day and they even had a step stool for the little ones to reach the sink. They have a shuttle bus so getting both locations was super easy as well as a convenience store/konbini for late night snacks or breakfast before the mad dash to the parks! The staff went above and beyond to organise our transport at the eleventh hour and we were impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

Loved the distance to the parks as well as the shopping centre. The shuttle bus was excellent.
