Follow this narrow road next to the train tracks for 200 metres, then turn left at the first intersection you encounter. Turn right at the 2nd street you come to, after about 100 metres. The hotel is 60 metres straight ahead, at the corner of the next block.Please note, there is no lift available at the property.

Amazing location! Room was pretty dated and carpet pretty dirty, but everything else was clean and the beds were super comfy. Check in and out was easy.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great. The bed was comfortable, and the room and area was quiet. The wifi worked well and consistently.

The location is perfect and reallly convienience. just 4min walk to shin-okubo satation and 15min to shinjuku. staff are nice and english friendly.

More its price, the rooms were really big enough and there was also a work desk which was really useful. Internet was also free. The best part is the location which was only 5 mins from the main JR Yamanote line. Shinjuku was also a leisurely 10 minute walk to. The shower was also really impressive as the water pressure was powerful.

Very big room size and bathroom which was really nice. Also very friendly staff which helped us out with any requests we had. Very happy and highly recommended.
