Left our main luggage there free of charge for a couple of days before we arrived. Paid extra for breakfast which was very good.

Very nice place to stay, with lovely views of the city. Right next to metro line to explore Tokyo and close to get easy access to airport, would highly recommend. Staff were very polite and friendly too

The room was very small and pokey. On the other hand, it was well-located, close to Shimbashi and Ginza.

Convenient location, short walk to the train/subway station especially if you are looking to take the train to Narita Airport. The executive lounge was nice and had plenty of options for breakfast/Evening Happy hour. One of the room we booked had views of the Tokyo Tower, with views of Mt Fuji if on a good weather day!
