Facilities and area was good. Able to change bedsheets daily and the quality of soaps were nice. There are facial masks and nice amenities to take as well. Bathroom speakers were a night touch.

I had meetings at government offices so it was almost within walking distance: a little more variety at breakfast (cereals, oatmeal, fresh fruits) would have been appreciated.

Really nice room in the middle of Ginza, so there are lots of shopping, dining and nightlife options in the immediate vicinity. The hotel itself has a restaurant abd bar. The room is still very quiet.

Location was very good and close to lots of transport and many shops/ places to eat. Room was lovely and comfortable too. Staff were very friendly, an easy stay with no hassle. Really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean and the property seems to be new. Reasonably spacious (considering it is Tokyo so rooms at other place do tend to be on the smaller side). The bar downstairs is a fun place to hang out after a day of touristing! The projector in the room and the other amenities were a nice touch.
