All the amenities are there, restaurants in the basement and a convenience store. Rooms are spacious clean and modern, friendly staff, breakfast buffet has many choices.

Great location overlooking Tokyo Tower. Our room had a great view. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very polite and friendly. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

Likes- Exceptional view and balcony. The bathtub was great- had jets. Could be better- The 2pm check in is very strict. It was 13:50PM and they wouldn't let us in until exactly 2PM. They also took our bags and said they'd be waiting for us up in the room but when we arrived they weren't there and we had to call down. The shower was a little outdated.

We upgraded our room to a suite which was lovely with big windows and lots of room. It had been renovated but still had some old parts and one wardrobe door was broken (we didn't complain about it as it didn't really affect us). Hotel is in a park which is lovely and close to Tokyo Tower. Beds were comfortable and the pool was super clean. Staff were happy to hold our luggage for several hours after we checked out

The location is centralised with 3 subway stations located within walking distance to get to many places including Haneda Airport. It is a quiet neighbourhood with many convenience stores. One day, my room toilet was stuck, I reported the issue and the maintenance guys fixed it while I was away. Thumbs up for their prompt attention.

Stunning views, very large hotel with good breakfast. Decently connected, without being right in the hustle and bustle. Large room and nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Great staff. Nice spa.

Fooms are quite large. All a bit older but well maintained. Esp. bathrooms need upgrade (not suitable for this price category)
