Our room at the Knot was clean and well equipped. Staff were incredibly helpful and the check in and check out processes were easy. I would recommend upgrading to the 17m2 room if 2 people are sharing and you are staying for more than one night. I initially booked the 14m2 room but upgraded for comfort following the recommendation given by the hotel and I’m glad we did as this gave us valuable space. The walking route from the Knot to Shinjuku station is quite pleasant. There are a number of restaurants in the local area, as well as the restaurant at the Knot itself which we unfortunately didn’t have time to try. We loved the on site bakery.
