Onsen was very welcome at the end of the day and easy to book. Location is great and the ambience is wonderful after a busy day amongst the bright lights and crowds. Room authentic and so special, very cosy and comfortable. Staff are amazing and very helpful with anything you need. Loved our stay here. Tea ceremony is worth booking too.

the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. nothing too much trouble. fantastic traditional rooms with futon which was so comfy. great location, quiet but close to Irya station so easy to get wherever you like.

The staff were so lovely and friendly. Very helpful. In close proximity to the 7 eleven and mini mart. Would have to get used to the futon beds though!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They know English and are willing to help you with anything. They clean the room and give you new towels every day. The toilet is the normal western one, not the Japanese futuristic one but that's ok. The futons are very comfortable. The train station is very close and they have a convenient store close by.

Nicely decorated in a traditional Japanese style the building and the bedroom are very cosy. The staff is very kind and always ready to help.

I did like everything; the staff was very attentive, the room set up was incredible and the facilities were great too. It’s super quiet and very well located. I will definitely come back soon. ARIGATO
