Was not helpful with extra pillows and blankets as the beds were very hard. Would not help with restaurant reservations. Room walls were very scuffed up. Not as helpful compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

The hotel is in a great location, and easy to get to from Haneda airport, we've used it twice now and the rooms are clean and reasonable sized for a Japanese hotel.

This is such a nice hotel in a really central location in Asakusa. Rooms are a decent size for Tokyo, and what I particularly loved - they had really great showers and not a tub. Washing machines and dryers are also available. Staff were helpful, and breakfast was decent.

The location was good and there were good public areas to enjoy. Free coffee and treats in the lobby as well.

Two of us and room was generous size for a central hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Treats available every night (doughnuts, macarons etc). Free tea and coffee all throughout the day. Breakfast was great value and a station across the road.

A very good location that is close to ueno and sky tree. Alot of good eating spots around. Love the entrance door to the hotel.

We did a tour and ended our trip at this hotel. It was very central to restaurants and trains. The rooms are small but it is what I expected.
