- free drink bar in the evening after work - lobby has an area with tables so I can work or enjoy my takeaway food - friendly stuff especially the Malaysian lady receptionist (??) - plenty of pillow options - love their complimentary face mask (and amenities)

Very clean, pretty big room by Japanese standards. A lot of restaurants nearby. A lot of subway lines close by so it is easy to get around.

Great location with good transport access & amazing view if you choose the option of a room facing Tokyo Tower. Comfortable but low bed, pillow wasn’t to my preference but luckily they have a pillow wall in reception with different choices.

The free hot drinks and alcohol in the lobby are a very nice plus to this hotel. Towels are changed everyday.

The location is superb. The room is small but a good enough size for a couple with 2 large suitcases and 2 small hand luggage.

Location. Easy access. Ease of checkout. The guy who checked us was very pleasant, courteous, and communicated well. Like the complimentary tea or coffee. And the evening drinks (although I don’t drink) but thought it was a nice touch. Loved the laundry facility. And the fact that there was a microwave.

Location - walking distance to Tokyo Tower and other nearby attractions. Close to the JR station [2-3min walk] and beds comfy.

Staff was nice and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. Both bedroom and bathroom were relatively small, but ok for one person (there was room to keep a medium sized luggage open). Toiletries and other amenities, along with the welcome drinks were a nice extra touch. I have not tried breakfast. Washing machine and thumble dryer were working fine. Location was great, easy to reach from Haneda, but also next to both JR and Tokyo metro stations, so you could easily move around the city.
