Location is good, approx. 8 mins away from the Ikebukuro station. Customers are able to pick the pillows they want, and there’s a tons of wine and sake to enjoy in the lounge. The staff are pretty nice and willing to help.

The staff was exceptionally nice and professional. Arrived too early to go into my room, the woman at the counter explained everything in good english, and i could leave my suitcase there until it was time to get up to my room. you can take 5 little things per day from their little amenity counter, which includes everything from face serum to razors. There's also the possibility to pick your pajamas as well as select your own pillow, which i was really excited about. The room, albeit small, was comfortable and just provided enough space to rest and unwind after a long day. I cant say anything for their Spa program, because i wasn't using it. There's a laundromat as well, that costs 200 Yen per washing (the dryer is free) which was AMAZING because i was staying there for a long time. The room only gets cleaned when you request it (put the sign on the door) if not you just get new towels, trashbags, toothbrush and a drink daily hanged on your door handle :)

there is a free hot spring available all the night until the morning, it's quite small maybe 5 persons can fit but it's really great for fast recovery bath

Amazing hotel, beautiful, spotlessly clean, the most hospitable staff, freebies and onsen were a bonus. Ikebukuro is a fantastic location that's a bit less touristy than other parts of town but still very convenient (about 20min on the main JR subway line) to get to many of the main sights + fantastic shopping and food with less queues and crowds. All in all a fantastic stay.

The hotel was super nice and clean and comfortable. Staff were so lovely and friendly. We loved the pyjamas and all the other amenities to go with using the onsen. Would definitely stay again.

It is so incredible! Love the pillow bar and also the free drinks in the afternoon… the hot spring is a plus definitely and the room was very comfortable

Selecting your ammenities avoided unnecessary waste which was lovely. Selection your own pillow gave us amazing nights of sleep.
