I had an excellent experience in this hotel. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Housekeeping was great, they keep my room very clean every day. I also loved that they had a restaurant and laundry room. Also location is super convenient, just next to metro station and Yamanote line so you can go anywhere! I’m very grateful for the experience and fully recommend.

We love this hotel! This area has everything - from shops, restaurants, to arcades and karaoke! The hotel offers many amenities, the staff are very nice and we enjoy it very much- it's already our third stay! The room is small, but it is noted when ordering, and we find it good for us. The water pressure is amazing and not obvious in Japan at all.

Comfy bed and sheets, helpful staff, well-designed room with convenient amenities. Located in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of food and stores, minus the tourist crowds.

Location to train station. Great pj's supplied. Comfortable bed after 12 hour flight, good facilities, room small & efficent but Tokyo standard. We only travelling round with carry on bags. Rooms would not accommodate large suitcases.

Location! Convenient to transport and shops. Love the extensive toiletry and tea supplies on offer on the ground floor, opposite the lifts. Breakfast was simple but good.
