Close to Tokyo station for bullet train, central to walk around. Everything in compact room. Great hot showers and pyjamas provided.

I really appreciated the great location, as it’s conveniently near Tokyo Station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive experience.

Location was the best part, with easy access to the main attractions as well as a metro line straight to the airport. The room was also spacious for Tokyo standards.

Location and staff were amazing, very courteous staff and very close to key places near tokyo station. You can walk to Ginza to walk the lane of all the shops

The location is not far from tokyo station and ginza shopping area. You can drop the luggage and come back for check-in in late afternoon. The staff is really helpful. The breakfast is in the restaurant in front of the hotel with Japanese chef and hot food :).

The staff were super helpful with the check in & out process. We were a large group so to have such lovely assistance for an efficient check in was much appreciated. The variety of amenities available to use was a lovely touch & made us feel well looked after. Facilities are well maintained & had no issues using as an English-speaking family.
