This was our second time staying in this hotel and unfortunately we won’t be staying again as our experience wasn’t very good this time. To start with, the hotel staff didn’t allow us to check-in 10min before 3PM and we had to stand up on the reception after a long train journey because there weren’t enough seats. At the room, they only provided traditional japanese pillows filled with buckwheat which are a nightmare if you’re not used to them. Last time they happily provided us with a couple extra soft pillows, but this time the staff members said “they couldn’t find any” so we had to buy our own pillows at a home store. The air conditioning control doesn’t go below 20º degrees (in reality the room was warmer than that) and the duvet they gave us was so warm (which is usually a good thing) but it was terrible combined with the already warm room where you also can’t open the windows. We used the laundry facilities which were fine, but our clothes didn’t wash properly and ended up not smelling fresh. Location is great (near Shinbashi station with great links to all Tokyo)… it’s unfortunate that the service and facilities aren’t very good anymore.

The hotel is very good. And its location is excellent. It has a luggage delivery service which is a very good thing!

Located in Shimbashi with lots of food around. It's less crowded than other places like shinjuku etc. But close to all the places you want to go. Has ice machine for free and things like face masks, moisturiser etc. Room is tight but that's expected of tokyo. Friendly staff. They're happy to store you luggage until check in.

Despite the hotel being surrounded by bars it was very quiet in my room. Staff very helpful and friendly, very clean room was a perfect fit for my 14 day solo stay. Would definitely come back.

Great location near Shimbashi station for transport and right in middle of selection of restaurants and a short walk to Ginza. Rooms are small but well laid out

Location was fantastic, with plenty of excellent restaurants to eat at within a ten minute walk. We only had only night stay in tokyo, so this was perfect for us.
