The hotel was in a fantastic location, but the room was so small there was nowhere to put out luggage so we could access it and we had to continually move it in order to go to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very well equipped (free teethbrush, hair brush etc.). Stuff was evry professional and friendly. Room was a little bit small, but big enough for 2 people. It was very clean.

Excellent location right next to a metro! though we didn't use it but lots of places are in walking distance. Lovely and clean room, really impressed by the complimentary toiletries provided in the lobby ie. toothbrushes, hair masks, and sun screen sachets etc. I left my apple watch behind and the hotel staff were nothing but professional and helpful.

The location was very convenient (for tourist adventure and the Tokyo marathon). The price was very reasonable... especially as it included breakfast. The rooms were small yet very clean.

Hotel staff is very helpful. Located in a less touristic part of Shinjuku but next to the metro station so all city attractions are easilly accesible. Room isn’t big (which is normal in Tokyo) but double bed is large enough and comfortable. Breakfasts are great and I can say the same about hotel restaurant. It’s denitely a place where to return.

Location was really good, close proximity to the subway to get around the city easily. Facilities were good too - the pyjamas and bathroom essentials along with sugar, tea etc
